My school is flooded

So it has been raining very hard from morning till evening for four days now, making everybody irritated and annoyed, especially those who never bring umbrellas when they go out (me).

The rain is also annoying even in sheltered areas, because this rain has a friend: WIND. Big rain + wind = ultimate annoyance. 1) The rain can reach you even when you're walking in sheltered areas. 2) The rain can go inside your room through a small opening in the window and flood your room.

So I was walking in the campus, wanting get back home, I tried to find sheltered areas to the bus stop from the canteen. This turned out to be quite a major headache because there's a construction going on, blocking the sheltered areas near the canteen, so I have to make a big turn into another building. On the big journey to the bus stop, I witness flood everywhere. On the stairs (heck?) and especially near the bus stop.
